This year we’re knitting the Building Blocks Blanket by Michelle Hunter. Each month you'll knit a new square designed to introduce you to a new skill. Each square, or block, builds upon the skills learned in the previous ones, giving you more confidence, knowledge, and skill. At the end of the year, your knitting know-how will be vastly increased and you'll have 12 blocks to make a beautiful sampler blanket!
The class meets 13 times; the first Wednesday of the month for each block and then a late December session for a seaming demo.
A .pdf and printed copy of the pattern are included with your class fee. You will receive your printed copy on the first night of class.
Please come to class with your materials selected and purchased.
Materials: 1200 yds worsted weight yarn, US 8-10 needles. We recommend Wooly Worsted, Ultra Wool, or Rios. There are many worsted weight options, and we are happy to help you choose the right one for your blanket.

Classes are limited in size and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is needed to reserve your space. Supplies are not included in class fee unless stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the first class for a store credit or to move to a different class or session. We cannot offer a store credit if we receive less than 3 days notice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up sessions, so please make sure you can attend each class. If a class is canceled, you’ll receive a full refund.
Classes with special guest teachers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a friend if you’re unable to attend.
All classes are for students 18 years of age and older.
